Your strength programme is delivered via a third-party app called TrainHeroic. The app is completely FREE and is available to download from App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android). Each time you complete your Assessment, you will be given an Access Code to unlock your strength programme in TrainHeroic and your mobility programme will be displayed. Your programme details can be viewed in the Dashboard & Your Current Plan.
If your circumstances significantly change (e.g. you move to a new training phase, your availability to train changes, injury etc), you just need to fill in the questionnaire in ‘Build Your Plan’ and you will be issued with a new, customised programme. If you need to make changes to your existing programme, we can make individual changes (dependant on your membership level).
Not essential (at first), but strongly recommended! For an effective carry over to cycling performance, you need to train the ability to produce maximum muscular force, which requires external resistance (i.e. weight). Joining a gym or having equipment at home will provide the right environment for you to achieve this training adaptation.
